By downloading, installing, or using Youthly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Youthly provides an estimated biological age based on a self-reported lifestyle quiz, along with daily habit tracking features. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The biological age estimate and longevity protocol provided by Youthly are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App does not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine.
Youthly offers an auto-renewable annual subscription at $19.99/year, including a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. After the free trial period, your subscription automatically renews at $19.99/year unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Youthly offers a 3-day free trial of the annual subscription for new subscribers. Cancel any time before the trial ends in your App Store account settings to avoid being charged. Users who have previously subscribed to Youthly are not eligible for the trial and will be charged $19.99/year directly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the quiz. We do not verify or validate your responses.
All content, design, and functionality of Youthly are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the biological age estimate or that following the suggested protocol will produce any specific health outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
